While browsing for an opportunity in customer service industry that suits my experience I came across your recent posting in Jobbank.ca. The position your company is offering (Call Center agent) in the energy sector matches my interest and I’m confident that I would be the perfect candidate for this position, due to my vast experience in the customer service industry and specifically in a call centre environment. I’m advanced in computer skills (ex. Microsoft office), have excellent interpersonal skills, and pleasant phone manner which is what you are requiring in the candidate selected for the call centre agent position.
I have worked previously in varies customer service positions in which I interacted with customers in face-to-face manner as well as through the phone. These experiences have introduced me to different kinds of customers ( ex. Irate customers, misinformed customers) and I was trained in how to deal in these circumstances. I have been certified by AT&T customer care training program in technical support and sales, which will benefit me in these position applied for as a call centre agent in Ontario Energy Group. Although I might lack experience in working within the energy sector but I have various experience that can qualify me to match the specific requirements needed for this position. In my previous call center position which was at Sutherland global services a third party company hired to receive AT&T customer calls, I was dealing with billing issues and making sales within the same calls which is what your company is looking for in the candidate hired. I’m willing to learn and push myself above and beyond to satisfy the consumer and mangers at Ontario energy group.
